The Festival Hall at Acadia University has excellent acoustics and such well known musicians as Heather Rankin, Lennie Gallant, Cindy Church; emerging groups such as Hillsburn and Ten Strings and a Goat Skin along with well known blues artists Theresa Malenfant and Katie Daley provided a weekend of fantastic music.
Along with the musical entertainment, the festival organized workshops ranging from drumming to songwriters' sharing writing insights. An afternoon parade and dances each evening helped round out the festival.
